Pheman Peniel Consultants Ltd. is a Nigerian owned multi-disciplinary infrastructural development consulting outfit which operates for the realization of design goals of engineering, infrastructure and development projects.
This is accomplished by the contribution of specialised professional expertise in the planning, design, management, feasibility (technical, economic & financial), environmental and social impact assessment, project management, sector studies, technical advisory, project performance evaluation and construction supervision of engineering and infrastructure projects, development projects and large integrated assignments.

To be a world class consulting firm offering integrated professional services in engineering and allied fields.
We operate an internal Quality Assurance (QA) system translated into a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) to suit the needs and size of each project as its nature determines. Our quality management system is certified to ISO9001:2015. Therefore specialised professionals are decided for the project on the basis of an optimisation study of its nature, timing and cost. Also the monitoring and evaluation system relies on a special logical framework which relates specifically to the consultancy inputs and includes objectively verifiable indicators of consultancy performance.
This has always allowed for the realisation of the design objectives of projects with an acceptable Cost-Benefit Ratio (CBR), which translates to great techno-economic benefits for the client. Our aims are to provide services of the highest professional standard and we seek to develop and apply new knowledge and techniques whenever these may benefit the Client and the profession as a whole.
